OnFoil Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery areas and times

OnFoil delivers throughout Belgium and to select European countries. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on product availability and the delivery method you choose.

  • 1 to 5 working days within Belgium.
  • 30 days from order date, unless otherwise agreed.

1.2 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the destination. These are clearly displayed at checkout. Orders over €150 may qualify for free shipping , depending on current promotions or specific terms and conditions.

1.3 Transport and liability

The order will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.

For goods in stock at the time of order, the estimated delivery time or availability at the collection point is stated. For goods not in stock at the time of order, a delivery time of up to 30 days applies, unless expressly agreed otherwise. OnFoil is not liable for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the carrier, but will make every effort to find a solution.

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must report this within 24 hours of receipt via info@onfoil.be , including photos of the damage.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 Right of withdrawal (Consumers)

Under Belgian law, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers and not to business customers.
To request a return, the customer must send an email to info@onfoil.be stating:
Name and order number
Product(s) that are returned
Possible reason for return (optional)


This provision applies exclusively to consumers. The agreement can be revoked within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories supplied, and in their original condition, if possible. The customer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the paid amounts will be refunded via the payment method used, unless there is any evidence of diminished value.

**OnFoil may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned. A standard withdrawal form is available upon request.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Incomplete, damaged or used products are not eligible for a refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Within 14 days of receiving your return shipment, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

2.3 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following products cannot be returned:

Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g. wetsuits if worn)
Items that can no longer be sold as new due to signs of use

2.4 Warranty and defective products


Consumers are entitled to a statutory 2-year warranty.

During the first 12 months, a defect is presumed to have existed upon delivery, unless OnFoil proves otherwise. The customer must report any defect within two months of discovering it.

OnFoil is solely responsible for repairs or replacements through its own after-sales service. If the customer contacts the manufacturer or an unauthorized third party, the warranty will be void.

If a product becomes defective within this period, the customer can contact info@onfoil.be with a description of the defect and photos for assistance. OnFoil will assess whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.

3. Refund

Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
If there is a decrease in value due to use, OnFoil may withhold part of the refund.

4. Uncollected shipments

If an order is not picked up or refused by the customer and is therefore automatically returned to Onfoil, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Any additional return shipping costs charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility. If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, the new shipping costs must be paid in advance.
