“De nieuwe VAYU Aura V5 is de volgende ontwikkeling binnen de populaire Aura‑serie, met een vertrouwde vorm maar nieuwe, onderscheidende details. De canopy‑indeling heeft nu radiale wingtip‑naden en aangepaste spanwise‑naden met ingebouwde skin‑tensioning, voor een betere, responsievere wing met verbeterde sterkte en duurzaamheid. Het profiel is herzien voor betere balans en handling, opgebouwd uit een hybride mix van Teijin 5x5 en 2x2 ripstop met Dimension‑Polyant T835 X‑Ply ramen.

De Leading Edge gebruikt een extra sterke ALUULA FX86‑kern, gecombineerd met Challenge DKC 160 en Teijin Dacron, met een geleidelijk stijvingsprofiel tot aan de wingtips voor vriendelijke, vergevingsgezinde handling. De Aura V5 wordt geleverd met een Click Boom V2 voor eenvoudigere handplaatsing en de optie voor VAYU’s exclusieve Pistol Click‑Boom, waarmee de balans en speelse handling waar de Aura om bekend staat behouden blijven

TRI-FORM 3X
TRI-FORM 3X is VAYU’s proprietary three-material Leading Edge technology, combining ALUULA DCC 160 with dual-
density Dacron in a layered construction. Each material is placed with purpose: ALUULA provides ultra-high tensile
strength and minimal stretch; the outer Dacron layers offer abrasion resistance and directional flex control. Together, they form a high-stiffness, low-weight skeleton that resists deformation under load, enhances canopy tension, and improves response at every wind angle. Engineered for
durability, aerodynamic stability, and consistent power delivery.

FLOW GRID
FLOW GRID is VAYU’s engineered canopy structure based on a Progressive Canopy Layout that blends multiple Teijin fabric densities to optimize performance across the wing. Reinforced sections deliver strength and stability where it’s needed most, while lighter materials reduce overall weight and
improve reactivity. This smart zoning enhances canopy tension, improves power control, and creates a crisp, responsive feel
in all conditions, whether you’re pumping onto foil or holding steady at full speed.

POWERED BY ALUULA
At the heart of our wing lies Aeris FX-86, an ultralight Aluula composite positioned in the center of the Leading Edge, the
most critical zone for stiffness and load transfer. This advanced material delivers unmatched strength-to-weight performance,
reducing flex under pressure and enhancing upwind drive and control. The result: quicker acceleration, improved handling in gusts, and a lighter, more reactive feel in every move.

CLICK BOOM V2 INCLUDED
Delivered with VAYU's Click Boom V2 system for maximum stiffness, clean handling, and one-boom simplicity across sizes, now reinforced with Metal-Matrix boom patches for a stiffer, more direct connection. Optional Pistol Grip handle available.
